By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
South Florida SEO Pro provides a managed website, SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) growth system.
All services—including website design, hosting, domain management, optimization, and ongoing support—are provided as part of an active service plan.
2. Website & Hosting Services
- Your website is developed and maintained as part of your active service plan.
- Hosting, security, updates, and performance optimization are included while your plan remains active.
- If your service is canceled or terminated, all hosting and managed services will be discontinued.
3. Domain Name Policy
- Domain registration is included for the first year with eligible plans.
- Domains are registered and managed by South Florida SEO Pro on your behalf.
- Domain renewals occur annually at the standard rate.
- While your service is active, domain renewal fees will be automatically billed to your payment method on file.
- If your service is canceled, you may request a transfer of your domain or continue renewal independently.
- Failure to renew a domain may result in loss of the domain.
4. Cancellation & Service Termination
- You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges or services will apply after that time.
- Upon cancellation:
- All hosting and managed services will be discontinued
- Website-related services and support will stop
- No ongoing work, optimization, or support will continue after cancellation.
5. Data & Website Files
- Website files, content, and configurations are maintained as part of your active service plan.
- After cancellation, data is not stored indefinitely and may be permanently removed from our systems.
- Clients are responsible for requesting any website files or transfers prior to cancellation.
- Transfer or export assistance may be provided upon request.
6. Payments & Billing
- All plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise specified).
- Payments must be made on time to maintain active service.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Domain renewal fees will be billed annually while your service remains active.
7. No Guarantees
- While we implement proven SEO and AEO strategies, specific rankings, traffic levels, or results cannot be guaranteed.
- Performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control, including competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithms.
8. Limitation of Liability
South Florida SEO Pro is not liable for:
- Loss of data after cancellation
- Domain expiration due to non-renewal
- Third-party service failures
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
